What information does Forsyt need to configure my asset?
We normally begin with the asset location, rated power and capacity, efficiency, state-of-charge limits, grid constraints and intended market access. ValuationPro can also incorporate degradation, tariffs, project financials and co-located renewable production. BenchmarkPro can combine the asset configuration with realised revenue, volume, trade and operational data. Forsyt supports the setup and clearly documents the assumptions used.
Can our systems access Forsyt programmatically?
Yes. Forsyt provides REST APIs with OpenAPI documentation and an MCP server for compatible AI clients. Public research tools need no authentication; project and simulation data require an organisation-scoped bearer token.
Is MCP access secure?
Authenticated tools use scoped, revocable tokens. Each token is limited to its organisation and permissions, and the plaintext token is displayed only once. Use environment variables or your client's secret store rather than committing credentials.
